STABLE is a small weekend bakery in rural Greytown.

Nestled in our restored wee stables, we bake in small batches throughout the morning, just as if you were visiting a friend's country kitchen.

Our baking celebrates simple, handcrafted food. It ranges from our famous brioche doughnuts and seasonal focaccia sandwiches to our freshly baked sausage rolls and cinnamon scrolls. We also offer a rotating selection inspired by the season and whatever we're excited to bake.

STABLE is a special spot to slow down and connect.

Come for a warm welcome, delicious food and barista-made coffee. STABLE is a place to gather, linger and create memories.

We’re a dog-friendly, family-friendly space with lots of outdoor seating and shaded garden areas. We have limited seating inside and under cover.
